Thank you for your online purchase with us here at HardwoodFloor4u.com (Magic Floors Inc). Your order will be carefully packaged on our custom fabricated shipping skids to provide maximum protection to your product while in transit.

All our products are new and come with their original manufacturers packaging and warranty. We do not sell seconds or damaged products.

The flooring products will be delivered by LTL truck (side walk delivery). If you don’t order lift gate service with delivery, be ready to help offload the product from the truck. The individual carton usually weigh from 25lbs, to 50 lbs each.

Your shipment will be insured. Prior to shipment, the warehouse managers will check all materials to make sure that nothing is damaged. Also, the flooring products will be tied tightly to a pallet. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Please, provide us with a phone number at which you can be reached 24/7. The trucking company will need to call you prior to residential delivery.

When the flooring products arrive, please immediately check to ensure that there is no evidence of damage, wrong color or missing items. If you find any damaged materials put a note on Bill of Lading. Then contact us immediately.

If you sign the Bill of Lading and do not make notes regarding any problems with the shipment (such as damages, shortages, incorrect product, etc), HardwoodFloor4u.com (Magic Floors Inc) is not responsible for refunds or replacements.

HardwoodFloor4u.com (Magic Floors Inc) will not refund or replace products, except as listed above. HardwoodFloor4u.com (Magic Floors Inc) will not refund or accept any returns on products due to color variation, product left over from an installation in the case where too much material was ordered, or because you have changed your mind about the product altogether.
